Responsibilities:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages - Process outgoing mail and packages - Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail - Operate postage meters and other mail processing equipment - Assist with the organization and filing of documents - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of mail and packages
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of postal procedures and regulations is a plus - Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills:
- Type accurately and efficiently - Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus - Ability to coordinate projects and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with file management and document organization - Strong administrative skills, including data entry, order entry, and front desk support - Customer support experience is beneficial This position offers competitive pay and benefits.
