As the Marketing Manager of Optimalprint, you will work collaboratively across the different teams to define, plan and launch Marketing campaigns. You should be hands-on and innovative, with high growth B2C ecommerce experience. Responsibilities:
Lead planning and development of customer communications across retention, upsell, cross-sell and engagement, driving sales and profitability across our customer base. Design campaigns to drive customer activation across web, mobile and app - driving frequency, average order value and customer lifetime value. Work closely with our Customer Development team in planning and delivering Marketing campaigns to our existing customer base across traffic channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, social media and offline channels. Deep-dive into data and analytics to understand and track customer marketing performance, identify opportunities and areas where improvements are needed. Use data to craft effective Marketing communication and drive performance in our customer base. Track, analyze and present results from Marketing activities and campaigns. Work with relevant teams to optimise on site/app conversions. Analyze and interpret market and competitor information; identify underlying drivers of change and trends. Work closely with our global team members, including Category Managers, Creative Project Managers and channel owners. Proactively recommend and implement opportunities to improve internal tools and processes. Various ad-hoc tasks in line with your role and experience. Who you are:

years of experience in Marketing within a high-growth B2C ecommerce environment. Experience in customer retention, planning and executing campaigns, and using data and insights is essential Experience in running Marketing campaigns across digital channels including planning, execution, reporting and analysis. Advanced knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and emerging technologies and trends, especially in email, mobile and across customer retention. Master digital Marketing tools, including Google Analytics, and CRM tools, such as Blueshift. Experience conducting A/B tests across channels to continuously optimize campaign and channel performance. You embrace new technology to measure, adjust and achieve better results. Excellent, proven organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong listening and superior relationship-building skills. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
